Improving snow cover

After an overcast morning, the sun finally broke through rewarding the late risers with a beautiful afternoon. The winds didn’t quite do what was expected today – more Southerly than Easterly which resulted in the overnight snow depositing in Northerly aspects. Snow amounts were probably more than forecasted too and as a result have topped up snow levels above 600 metres.
