Grey Corries and Ben Nevis

Another mild dry day in Lochaber, cloud this morning gradually cleared through the day to give a sunny afternoon. Observations today were from the Grey Corries with some photos sent in from Ben Nevis where rock and icefall was heard. The snowpack was soft particularly where in the sun with remaining cornices also affected by the sun.

Saturday is forecast to be mild and dry although may be more overcast than today, becoming more unsettled on Sunday.
