Spring has sprung

8th March 2025

A very spring like day on Ben Nevis, with multiple pasty white arms on display for those walking up the Allt a’Mhuilinn. A bit cooler at higher elevations, especially in the shade and where wind exposed.  The cloud was rather annoying, keeping the higher elevations obscured for any meaningful views.  However, comparing today’s photos with those of 2 days previously, snow loss is evident especially around mid mountain level.
