North Face trail from North Face car park.

2nd January 2024

Storm Gerrit, on 27 December 2023, with its SE winds caused widespread damage and disruption.  Today I walked up the North Face trail from the North Face car park near Torlundy and encountered several obstructions due windblown trees across the path. Most of these comprise a few trees and can be passed beside the path. However, one is more substantial and requires a  detour below the path.
