Cold again

22nd December 2022

After a warmer day yesterday, with the freezing level around the summits, things have started to freeze up again today. Underfoot conditions were pretty variable with a breakable crust forming above 900m.
Obviously the cloud cleared after I was off the hill (as usual)

Looking west over a cloud filled Loch Eil, with Rum just visible in the distance and the Glenfinnan hills on the right hand skyline

Looking past Carn Mor Dearg towards the Mamores
