A blustery day!

17th February 2022

Some strong showers coming through this morning with big swings in visibility!

Tomorrow the wind swings round almost 360 degrees:

1800hrs Thursday – Westerly
Midnight – Southerly
Midday – Northerly
1800hrs Friday – Westerly
So the hazard on Friday will be moving from aspect to aspect during the day as the wind changes direction. In practical terms, this means that you will need to be very aware of these wind direction changes so you can monitor the movement and distribution of the windslab.

Blustery conditions at 300m

The same view 20 minutes later!
