Wild on the summit
1st March 2020
Conditions seemed reasonable this morning but while I was at 1200 metres on the Aonach Mor summit plateau the wind rapidly increased, making my return journey fairly challenging. As well as the wind there was a lot of snow, both falling and drifting, as well as very poor visibility. Photos today from the top of the Gondola where conditions were a bit better.

Strong winds closed the ski lifts around 1200 today but a few hardy skiers were hiking up to get some more skiing.
