Clearing on Ben Nevis.

1st January 2019

My decision to go up Carn Mor Dearg was made in the hope that the cloud would lift sufficiently to enable me to get some photos of Ben Nevis. Initially the views looked promising,

but as I headed up Carn Beag Dearg in thick mist not so much. Very little visibility on Carn Mor Dearg.

Then, as I descended the cloud started to lift and break.
