Carn Mor Dearg today

2nd April 2017

Today I thought I’d take a wander up Carn Mor Dearg and take some photos of the north side of Ben Nevis.  This I did but the clouds didn’t exactly help the plan.  As I headed up there were breaks in the cloud layer and it looked as if things would work out perfectly.

Just after I took this last photo the cloud base lowered and I was engulfed in cloud from which I didn’t escape until I was back down on the middle NW slopes of Carn Beag Dearg.
