It was a mixed morning with pleasant sunny intervals between the snow showers. Â A stark contrast, too, between the scoured windward slopes and the laden lee slopes.

Raised ski tracks show the wind redistribution of the snowpack.
Fresh windslab has accumulated below the cornice in Coire Dubh.
