Snow showers

16th December 2025

Overnight and during the day mainly light showers fell as snow above 750m. This has given the hills a white appearance but most of this snow is shallow and lying on bare ground. Windslab has been deposited in wind sheltered locations, mainly on North to East aspects above 950 metres. Accumulations gaining depth are generally localised.
