Great skiing day
11th January 2016
The recent light winds have left a fairly even cover of snow above 500 metres. Where the ground isn’t too rough or rocky there is great skiing on or off piste. The visibility was very poor higher up. Climbing conditions looked varied with lots of rime, some neve and ice, and small soft cornices starting to form on North-East and East aspects today.
800 metres on Aonach Mor.
Great skiing and very quiet at Nevis Range today.
Poor visibility in Coire an Lochan, Aonach Mor.
