Snow transport and deposition

Today strong West-South-Westerly winds led to significant drifting at higher levels. There were snow showers during the day but this snow transportation also continued during the dry periods as illustrated by the photo below. Fresh unstable windslab was deposited mainly on to North through East to South-East aspects.
